Graydon has a broad corporate practice to meet the needs of his clients regardless of their size or industry. From start to finish Graydon advises his clients on all legal matters facing their corporation and has extensive expertise acting for both buyers and sellers in the acquisition of a business.
Graydon’s real estate practice is focused on the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial, residential and condominium properties. Graydon has developed substantial expertise acting for both landlords and tenants of all types of commercial properties in drafting and negotiating leases that fit his clients’ needs.
Graydon completed his law degree at the University of Western Ontario, after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Carleton University. After articling at a national firm in Ottawa he was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2011.
Graydon resides in Barrie with his wife and daughter and is active in the local community. He is a member of the Board of the Simcoe County Young Professionals Association and was named their 2014 Young Professional of the Year. He is also a member of the Barrie Business Leaders, a local BNI chapter. In his spare time, Graydon is a mediocre golfer, curler and softball player. Graydon is a big baseball fan and has dreams of coming out of retirement to pitch for the Toronto Blue Jays.
